How do I create an Estimate
Click the login button, login with your user name and password, then click on My HREstimator , then click Create Estimate, input your parameters, choose the repairs from the menu, click calculate estimate, its that easy.
How do I get my Company name put at the top of the Estimate
Go to My HREstimator, Click on My Account then input your companies information, then your company information will appear on all of your estimate that you create.
Can I input customer information for estimates.
yes, its easy, you can input customer information during the estimating process or go to MY HREstimator and click on customers if you would like to put as many customers as you would like this is you unique data base.
How do I set the amount for my Labor Rates.
go to MyHREstimator, Click on My Account input your specific Labor Rates , these rates will now be your default rates when you login to The Estimator. These can also be changed while creating an estimate by clicking on Rates and inputing a Labor Rate that you would like to use for that particular Estimate.
How do I set my price for chroming.
Go to,MyHREstimator, Click on my Account , input the price you would like to charge for chroming, this will now be your default price for chroming. You can also change this while creating an Estimate by clicking on the Rates button and changing the Chrome price , this will change it for that quote only.
How did you come up with the material pricing.
The material pricing is based on average purchasing power from multiple vendors across the nation.
How did you come up with the Labor Hours.
With over 30 years of experience we are able to determine the average labor for all sizes and types of repairs accurately.
How do I look up past Estimates.
Go to MY HREstimator and click on my Estimates, all calculated Estimates are automatically saved for you, choose the Estimate that you would like to look at and it will be displayed for you.
Can I input my customers information.
Yes, once you have created an account go to My HREstimator and click on My Customers then input your customers info , it will then be available during Create Estimate, This information is also automatically save during Create Estimate if you put the customer info in and calculate an Estimate.
How do I give customers a discount.
You can do this during the Create Estimate by going to adjustments and changing the items that you would like to discount from 100% to whatever you would like .
Can I change the material prices.
Yes, there are two ways to do this, one is if you would like to change the material prices for all Estimates you would go to My HREstimator and click my account and under material you change from 100% to whatever you would like it to be ei. 85%, 110%, two you can also do this during the Create Estimate my clicking Adjustments and changing the percentages, this will change the material prices for that Estimate only.
Can I change the labor hours for Mechanics and Machinist.
Yes, there are two ways to do this, one is if you would like to change the Labor Hours for all Estimates you would go to My HREstimator and click My Account and under Mechanic Labor and Machinist labor you can change from 100% to whatever you would like it to be ei. 85%, 110%, two you can also do this during the Create Estimate my clicking Adjustments and changing the percentages, this will change the Labor for that Estimate only
